Overflow Status
God has blessed our retreat to go over every year. You are still afforded the opportunity to be a part of this powerful move of God. Once the House reaches the sleeping capacity (# of beds only) We will go into the overflow status. Meaning that the next source of sleeping arrangements are couches & futons. You will be responsible for your own air mattresses & sleeping bags, etc. If you choose the option on the registration form you will receive text messages to alert you of the capacity status of the house. Bed capacity does not mean that the house is full. ​
Deposit Refund
Upon your initial deposit if the house is in the overflow status we will phone you informing you of the status of the house. You will have 48 hours to decide if you want to proceed. If you decline we will refund your deposit back to you in the same method of your payment. You must make contact with us by phone or email informing us of your decision, if not we will assume that you will be in attendance and you will not be able to receive your deposit back. Once the initial contact has to been made to you it is not our responsibility to continue to contact you for your answer.​
Transferrable Ticket If you are unable to attend you can pass your ticket to anyone of your choice but you must contact us to let us know 72 hours prior to retreat/event date. Remember there are no refunds on your retreat after March 1, 2025.​
Sleeping Arrangements
The sole purpose of this retreat is for women to learn how to live as family and as sisters. You will be sharing beds & bedrooms with other women in the house. Your bedding arrangements are set up with multiple beds in a room. No one has a private room
​​ Out of State or Ladies
Who are traveling by Airways there are 2 airports HOBBY AIRPORT & BUSH AIRPORT. If you come by way of Hobby airport only we will send someone to pick you up. If you fly into Bush we will not be responsible to pick you up. Galveston is an Island the distance is still an hour plus from Hobby Airport.

You can download the CASH APP on your phone and make your payment to $Lovingmee72 and look for the Love Emblem shown above.
You can also make a payment by way of Wells Fargo or Zelle.
Your initial deposit must be a minimum of $75.00. Your deposit is non-refundable.
After Deposit is made hover over REGISTRATION INFORMATION tab click REGISTRATION FORM & complete the form. (you will only have to fill out this form once) ​
Payment Schedule:
The remaining of your payments must be made in 30 day increments of a minimum of $25
Each money transaction made you will receive an invoice. If you do not receive one please contact us at the number provided.
Please remember your deposit only holds your spot, but your final payment secures your bed.
If you are coming through a referral please make sure you write their name in the box marked referral.
Once you have paid off your Get-away Retreat. You will receive your Registration Package by email or mail.
Deadline for all payments is September 10, 2025
Complimentary Accommodations/ Air Travel
From our Founder anyone traveling from Out of State, including our Guest Speakers, will be afforded the opportunity to fly in a day prior to the retreat. If possible, please book your departure ticket a day earlier, this will prevent you from incurring additional car rental costs. Galveston, Texas is still an hour drive from Houston, Texas. We will have the Retreat House prepared for you to unwind and relax prior to the starting of our event. Again, there will be no activities on arrival day we will be prepping the house for the event.

- $75 Deposit is non-refundable. March 1, 2025 your is the final date to receive a refunded on your trip. If you are unable to attend for what ever reason, You will only be able to swap or give your retreat ticket to another person.
Please make sure you reach out to your contact person, so that she can make proper arrangements for your arrival and departure. You will need to make Houston, Texas your destination stop. Galveston, is an island and there are no public airports. Please email a copy of your ticket or send the information needed so that we can make the necessary arrangements to greet you at the airport.
